The rules of the road for working with us.

By using EverestValleyMedia.com or engaging Everest Valley Media ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

We provide done-for-you social media management, including content strategy, scriptwriting, on-site filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your individual service agreement.

If your account does not reach 100,000 views per month within three (3) months of consistent posting, you may be eligible for a full refund. The guarantee is subject to terms and conditions described in your service agreement, including client cooperation with filming days, strategy approvals, and timely script reviews. We will walk you through qualification details on our call.

You own 100% of the content we produce for you and the audiences built on your accounts. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Late or failed payments may result in paused services.

You agree not to use our site or services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, or distribute harmful content. We may refuse service at our discretion.

The site, our brand assets, and our underlying methodologies are owned by Everest Valley Media. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Outside of the explicit 100K/mo views guarantee described in your service agreement, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific revenue, follower counts, or business outcomes beyond what is expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the notice terms in the service agreement. These Terms remain in effect for any obligations that survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Everest Valley Media operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
